Providers who become members of PH receive the following services and benefits:

Credentialing benefits and services including:

  1. Creation and maintenance of the CAQH online credentialing application;
  2. Completion of all mandatory, payer-specific credentialing paperwork;
  3. Notification to all contracted health plans;
  4. Credentialing status tracking and follow-up;

  • By using the “Messenger” model, Practice Health is able to ease the administrative burden of contracting. This model provides member access, to 17 payer groups and/or individual contracts that cover over 40 product lines. These payer groups include:
